This is a collaboration between Drakxxx and me for the Cryptozoology Redux derby on Shirt.woot. This is an image of a Thunderbird, which is a large sometimes lizard like bird sighted in North America: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunde.....yptozoology%29

I thought it would be awesome to have a Thunderbird perching on a Thunderbird car, like a very large hood ornament. Drakxxx did the sketch and the final inks and I colored the image up. It was neat to get the chance to color someone else's work, I definitely had to work outside of my normal coloring techniques to really showcase Drakxxx's art to the fullest.
