ANOTHER DELTARUNE THING. Self-indulgent and STUPIDLY inspired by how 
Balloondra drew her over on Twitter.
* C'mon now! Don't stand around! Fetch me more, MORE!
I originally wasn't going to draw TM but then I saw how Balloondra drew her and GOSH, it hooked me. I had an unspeakable drive to draw something like this - and after redoing the entire drawing when it was finished to make it wider - I managed to finish it in one sitting, alongside working on other things!
Why? Well HECK, I love the idea of the lower half just being a large skirt-shaped balloon to count as hips and whatnot -- it has me HOOKED.
