A few people have been asking me about my workout results. So I decided to finally to post a few updates.
Back in March I started my workout routine, and I have been working out almost everyday, except Sunday, doing simple exercises to help lose my belly fat and tone my muscles. As you can see now, I have made some progress in the last few months. My chest is gradually getting bigger, my arms are becoming more toned, and I'm losing my belly fat and developing my abs.
Note: I look pale because of the poor lighting. It's hard to take pictures in good light. So I'm not on a bad diet plan. Haha. Also I put oil on my body so you can see my muscles better.

Your body looks ..well, weak, still.
As a long-time lifter my advice to you - keep doing what youre doing and add 3 whole Boiled eggs, 200g rice and a handful of leaves to your diet. Yes, IN ADDITION to what u already eat.
Id also recomend on concentrating A LOT on The big 5. Youll need a barbell for these.
Squats
Bench press
Shoulder press
Bent over rows
Deadlifts.
Study these, do these and youll grow a great frame. Then use that frame as u will - get toned muscles, go for strongman fat bearmode, try getting big V-tapper, try zyzz looks, do special training (like armwrestling, judo), or try getting bruce lee toning. Whatever fits you.
