I'm very fortunate - my symptoms tend to be on the mild side. I don't get auras too often, they don't take up my whole field of vision, and they run their course pretty quickly. (I understand that it's much more debilitating for a lot of people.)

Knowing I am not alone in this somehow makes me feel better. Not the fact other people are suffering, of course, but that I'm not a freak and I'm not just "pretending" or "imagining things".
