I have been think about how to incorporate clothes with her wing flaps out, and I think these 1.5" circle and 2.5" slot portals are better than having gauge pricings in her wings. The rubber pads are infused with mana and allows the portals to stick in place on any surface or material. The portals draw magical energy from the wearer and will fall off if they detect low mana levels from the wearer.
