It's name is "Elláda, Greece", yes. Because it's a Greek dragon.
That red veil had written Greece's motto, "Eleutheria i thanatos" (Ελευθερία ή θάνατος "Freedom or death"), but I wasn't able to get it in the correct way on the veil. XD
It has no gender.
