Dr. Tex Heminglas – He is an evil scientist who tries to steal his rival Dr. Krebnickel’s researchers. In the parallel world, Dr. Heminglas is a carnivore Tyrannosaurus Rex. At the library, Dr. Heminglas read books all about prehistoric humans until hear children looking for books of humans then discovery one of them is a human as his theory. Later after talks to his rival Dr. Krebnickel and then children go to the library for an astrology book; Dr. Heminglas captured Walter with his tail and take him to his lab. Later at night, Walter been rescue by his cousin Ralph and friends to escape, Dr. Heminglas is really angry and going chased to captured them but until stop and then he been arrested by two police Stegosauruses.
