Linguini rosa:
*Linguini
*Marinara sauce (basil mixed in is recommended, and no meat)
*Garlic powder
*Butter or creamy butter
*Minced garlic
*Parmesan cheese
*Chardonnay (wine)
*Milk (whole recommended)
*Sliced portabella mushrooms (8 oz package)

To prep the sauce, mix half of a jar of marinara sauce with the milk until it no longer has a thick consistency. It shouldn't appear runny. Pour in your wine to about a 1/4 proportion to your milk. Add sauce and milk in as needed to help balance your sauce.
Sautee your mushrooms in a tablespoon of butter and remove when finished. Sautee your tomatoes in the same pan, and then remove.
Cook your linguine until it is soft. DO NOT RINSE IT.
Cook the sauce until the alcohol has cooked off. Spray and heat a pan to sautee the sauce in. Add some of the tomatoes and mushrooms and stir for a minute. Add pasta and stir in for a minute or two. Add about a plateful of pasta, more sauce, and more mushroom and tomatoes to stir in for about two minutes. Let cook for a bit longer as needed.
When finished, place on a plate and top with shredded parmesan.

*Italian-style bread

*parmesan
Slice your bread to about a 1/2" thickness. Mince your garlic. Coat your slices with melted butter and sprinkle the garlic on top. Add more to taste.
