Well i put 1 and 1 together and with the last picture from my Cybertown Series, Falys picture, i thought ok, i draw W.A. as well IN the dress up he had already in the other picture he had with Faly - again, yes, he already used this dress in another picture of mine IF you remember the said picture hehehe :D

but yea, this time not really much Lore here since i duno, who knows! Maybe he was the guy behind the series? Maybe? Maybe not? Hehehe we will never know i guess ^^
