It's Develon from the Bubble Bobble series. He's Kind of like an evil dude from the games I guess. I never really played anything except bust a move 4 and the bub and bobble that came out in the U.S. for the NES.
The plushie he's drooling on is Bub [or wasit Bob?], the main character from the series.
I like to think that develon has secret intnetions towards the Bubble Dragons. =3

::tickles the coon's belly:: Have you beaten the NES version of Bubble Bobble? You have to beat it on the "SUPER" version (and don't forget to kick in the second player before beating Drunky) to see that his name was Bublun.

Miss the magic ball, beat Drunky = BAD END
Get the magic ball and then go to the secret door that opened, go to level A0 (100). Beat level B2's Drunky with one player = BAD END
