Great strength and running on instinct can hurt. ^_^;;
The horses and donkeys I worked with didnt mean to hurt me or the others working the farm. Several times of being sat on for one guy by a brat of a jenny, I got a kick in the back meant for another horse and the yearling orphan foal I raised accidentally headbutted my face when we both bent down at the same time and almost knocked me out.
