Moto Droid ATM, waiting for verizon to get my Droid X in the mail.

I got the x the day it came out. I am not bragging, I felt like the biggest consumer whore for waking up early enough to get one.

Are you a huge nerd about it, or do you just keep it stock?

You're lucky, mate. Mine JUST shipped (minutes ago!) and dude I don't take it as bragging, it's what you had to do to get one in reasonable time.

Yeah, I geek out like Steven Hawking. I rooted my X within a few days. I have the 2.2 update, and it runs amazingly. I am waiting to see if the OTA update is better.

I hear Moto issued a C&D for the leak, so it seems as if it's final and it just hasn't completed carrier acceptance testing.

Yeah I'm a pretty big fan of android at this point, I love the iPhone to death but really after using Android I find that the OS feels a little on the cheap side. I know it's the geek in me, though - I like my home PC to be simple and trouble-free (plus I do music) so it's really nice to have a mac, but my phone is the place where I tool around and geek out and Android is so good for that.
