I only know the Vulture/Mad-Dog from the Mechwarrior games on the PC. Really, the Vulture's real key problem is heat dissapation, in its standard cofiguration, they overheat rapidly from doing just about anything while moving, but its an easy fix. Just swapping out the Endosteel internal structure for standard to free up some space, then swapping out the standard heatsinks for doubles and suddenly the heat problems are gone. The result, a Vulture with far superior mobility and effective firepower, able to mix it up at close range with her lasers or serve in the standard fire support role with her LRM racks.

I've been only playing Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries since it's free and stuff on the computer. And I think I've been noticing some heat problems with it while using it. Not quite sure. And I like that firepower x3

Look for a copy of Mech 3, frankly its the best of the series. Its got better graphics than 4, the gameplay is more balanced and there is a much more comprehensive Mech customisation system
