DON'T CONTACT THIS GUY!!!
He will claim to have worked for Steam for 17 years with a badge and everything to prove it and guide you through to claim your innocent, but in reality he will just ask you to send him gift card and provide him login to other stuff.
And eventually gain access to your Discord.
REPORT HIM RIGHT AWAY!!!

This is not a hacker, this is just some scammer using social engineering.
Scammers will just use other accounts and go under different names. Remember that steam will not contact you outside of official channels.

Ok, with a closer look I filed the "forgot password" option.
I might should try the "scam" option?
I already did explained the thing that someone else gained access to my account in the current.
I also just added more information about how many games I aspect that have in my library, the latest title I've bought as well as the transaction ID for it.
So I guess that should be helpful.
