This is made with a boxed mix *cringe* but its a rather good use of it, from mrwolf12 !

Felt like making something, so made these. Super easy...

1 16.5oz box lemon cake mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 8oz tub whipped topping

Mix them together. The batter is very sticky. Scoop out about a tablespoons worth, and roll it in powdered sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°. Cool on the pan for a minute before moving to a rack.

Very light and just a little sweet.
