Well, this is a bit of an experiment between Illustrator and Photoshop.

I created the vector lattice in Illustrator.
[If you get bored in there, grab a line or shape, hold ~ and drag it around, load of fun. :)]
And did the rest in Photoshop.

I think there was a total of ~15-20 layers in this one. Lots of Gaussian blur for fun too.

I'm pretty happy with how it came out...
