Yeah, the experiments didn't go too well.

During the mid to late 100s invisibility experiments were done to improve vehicles to be completely invisible from ultraviolet, infrared and visible light to us. The earlier "invisibility" were restricted to being invisible to one of the previously mentioned light and for visble light they were not completely invisible since sometimes it would leave their eyes visible, make it hard to see, or leave other parts of their bodies visible as well as not being able to keep it up for long.

Unfortunately the people here were not able to see but otherwise it worked. Apparently though, the experimenter was a banger.
