Very glad you like him! I still haven't quite decided what to do with him yet (I am thinking he might be some sort of senator/ambassador/representative for his homeworld), but he has a very fun design, and a very fun fashion sense.
I kinda get the feeling he'd be fun to play as a sort of combination of Han Solo and Austin Powers, but in keeping with how I tend to write my characters, a bit of an awkward doofus at the same time.
That's the personality I imagine, at least...
