Not a particular episode, but it was one of the reoccurring riffs. It's a quote from Cool Hand Luke.

MST3k stood for "Mystery Science Theater 3000"; it was an ongoing show where a man and robot puppets riffed on bad movies as they watched it. Sadly they had to call it quits around the tenth season, luckily they now riff on today's movies. Go to youtube and watch a few samples. :3
