i wouldnt know myself. maybe its a different dimension that just so happens to provide its owner with the nourishment obtained from the food they eat :P

Yeah, the snake seems a bit uncertain about the situation they have found themselves in, but the kobold seems happy enough to treat them to a once in a lifetime experience of the insides of a hammerspace gut. Love the piece. It is absolutely adorable hopefully it's not too bad for the uncertain serpent ;P. Regardless though, the bold seems pleased enough and that's all that really matters in the end :D
With such similar colors, at first glace it looked like a very short but thick snake is slithering its way right through the kobold, (though in the opposite direction in which these things usually work!). Since the enormous snake is apparently destined to become kobold fodder, does the "hammerspace effect" end at the kobold's rear, and she'll have to take a gigantic snake sized dump when this meal is completely digested?
