Originally it was going to be Black Widow into Lenina but I thought it should definitely be Peggy Carter turning into her, so the story behind this morph is that Agent Carter and Steve Rogers/Captain America get signed up for a secret mission and they get certain upgrades that modify them and turn them into these characters.
