Another narrative jump as this is the next /4 chapter. This time into the Triessan in charge over their side of the escalation. Really wanted to go out of my way to show that really neither side is really in the right or the wrong, that the armies of both are being built up not because they are planning on attacking, but because they think the other side is going to. Even still, there is a very distinct difference between how the Feran leadership considers their situation versus what the Triessan leadership considers it.
