Hehe, thanks! This is actually mixed media - base is a traditional pencil sketch that I then colored digitally in Photoshop. I think I did it mostly with the standard PS brushes...?
A really awesome pencil-type brush I use all the time though is "Kyle's drawing box - animator pencil". Highly recommended!
