I wonder... do you think you would maybe be able to hide the fleece seams by stitching them using a flatlock technique? Somehow I doubt it, but I never tried it when I had access to a serger, so I'm not sure... Did you try already?

Can I ask a question? I may come off as dumb, so please forgive... but HOW THE HELL do you do the eyes like that???? From the front view it looks like the eyes are dead center, but from the side its like... >_> HOW?? I've seen some other suits were the maker TRIED to do them like that, and it looked weird, and the eyes always looked forward.. is there something you have to do? Like bend the material you paint the eyes on or something? :<
