Chi Agudona, an Exo graniti, is wielding the Exploiter, possibly the most powerful of manipulator weaponry other than telekinetic.

What does it do? As the words in the pic suggest, it sucks life. Like a metroid. It pulls out the life energy of it's target and uses it to power the device further. Its very inefficient with power, though, so each "soul" you suck out can only power it enough to suck one more soul.

NOTE: Chi is featherless except for his exagerated head crest, and his butt floof.
