You know I believe You and am just giving You a hard time? ^^ I've seen ghosts before and can sense them fairly well. And it's not the building that he is drawn to, nor did it mean something to him. the particular area he manifested in, THAT is where it means something to him. I'd check for possible murders or deaths in the area. Quite possibly he was walking with his bike and was struck by a car in a hit and run accident since he has his bike with him.
