Been doing a lot of world building stuff for Percival's world, as apparently I cannot ever just create a character without a setting.
Literally, the story of Percy's creation began with me making a BDSM sub pred to experiment and then OF COURSE I was like,,, but if the preds coexist with the prey, What Is Their SOciety And History Like???
and thus the rabbit hole began :V

Also, Percy's GF has a name now! Her name is Serilda c:
I really wanted a good name for her, and after much searching and debating between a few feminine 'warrior-theme/meaning' names, I settled on Serilda

'affectivore' is the temp name for Percy's species? I will likely give them (and the prey species) soem better names, but for now this will do; esp since it works well to communicate the fact that Percy is an emotion-eater by... literally naming his species 'emotion-eater' :V

The history of Percy's world is kind of a fucking nightmare? But that is kind of the point, though I might want to be careful to reign myself in quite a lot with it.
It is sort of meant to flip the typical dominating/subjugating predator species dynamic that I've seen before onto its head, and instead having a situation that looks more like what humans did to lions and tigers. (only, with a happy ending where they do actually eventually figure out how to coexist without one subjugating or otherwise terrorizing the other)
Percy's issue is that he actually LIKES wearing collars and chains and things, and that kind of disturbs everyone around him- prey wondering how TF he could ever enjoy any of this, and fellow preds... FEELING THE SAME ;D;
