Yes I believe that turian are pregnant like humans. Me and my brother have some ideas how during the "progress" works (can't explain in words if you want to know haha)

Yeah me and my brother think that inside the mothers belly, the embryo is almost like humans but instead a thin "skin" surrounded the child like us mammals, there is instead a thick shell (reminding a reptile egg) around the embryo to protect it from the dangerous radiation, when their homeworld is on Palaven. So it's like the embryo is protected by its mothers and the extra shell during the pregnancy and it stay its mothers in till it is fully grown and its thick exoskeleton armor can protect it without the mothers help. How long will it take to get from embryo to a child, we don't have an idea yet but guessing not longer than humans pregnancy.
