I tried to print a fursuit head base with TPU filament - printing it as infill (the slicer-generated structure that is used inside the print to save filament and reduce print time) only. I made a new 3d-model for this print that is based on my Khajiit head base. The print settings are:
Standard Cura profile for 0.2mm layer height, TPU profile, Wall Line Count 0, Top Layers 0, Bottom Layers 2, Initial Bottom Layers 4, Infill Density 15%, Infill Pattern Gyroid, Generate Support no, Build Plate Adhesion Type Brim

Dropping it from 4meters height (no damage): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSmDSNbHM_A
