Second WIP. Told you those lines were going away. :P Well mostly, but I'll get to those wings soon enough. I'm still not sure if those scutes are completely right, so I may end up tweaking them a little more (which is why they aren't all filled in yet).
Now about those coarse red scales... I'm still trying to piece together a good way to depict them.
