Concept art for the bad guy in the series Pink Falcon.

Pretty much him and the other character both believe to be the true heir to the Pink Falcon. And they both wield a Pink Falcon weapon, and they both claim there can only be one and they both think that the other person's weapon is a fake. He has a more of a medievil style sword rather than the weeaboo stuff like the cat character has.
