This is one of my favourite pokemon and my favourite version of Vaporeon as well, so it's really nice to see others enjoy this design! I'm also pretty sad that it wasn't used again, because it looks so good. And you really, really did a good job of translating it into some gorgeous art. LOVE the webbed paws, too!
