Those paint splotches look awesome! Having no experience making those, I always figured that the only way to do those is to take a photo of actual paint splotches.

There's something quite intriguing about a silhouette, especially a silhouette against a dazzling colors background. Abstract and mysterious, but not sinister. Disney did it in Fantasia at the beginning of the “Sorcerer’s Apprentice” piece. He also used vivid colors in surges and explosions of splashes of color in another classical piece. This looks like a musical piece he would have done featuring Bauske. What a great animated movie that would have been. I wonder what the music would have been? :very happy:

digging how the BG leads into the silhouette's brush. I think it works well!

That was kind of the point. Actually, I wanted more of a sweeping brush stroke that went below him, but it seemed to obscure things. I might still try it out though. The way it is now, it has a flow, but not the one I intended, and I don't think it works as well as what I had intended.
