"Invincibility is always a good option to consider when first considering the type of mission one is about to embark upon."
Heavyset armor have a style upon their own, it's much more realistic in our world's setting which makes my mind want to believe in it's concept as a real more workable design, rather than staying in the dreamworlds of plated catsuits and gel inlaid armor/force fields, enticing as the idea of looking sexy yet being utilitarian may be. =p

One thing I admire most about these concepts is the armor and weapons look fantastic and futuristic, but not garrish and over-designed. The armor and the rifle, they look functional, useful, but still modern and advanced.
You should be the guy designing weapons for future-warfare games. The end of giant chrome-plated glowing laser-cannons can't come soon enough...

It really all depends on what the mission is. If you know your enemy has very limited mobility, mobility will be your advantage. While they're still trying to acquire you, you would already have key week spots picked out and it would be over. Then if they are highly mobile you certainly wouldn't want to be a sitting duck.
That really depends on what it is we're talking about. Personally I'd like a wepaon I can adapt to the task at hand, but I mostly define a target as something that is static (this can include mobile weapons on stand down). In general my preferred idea of tactics is eliminating targets at rest...then again, if I can capture instead of eliminate that would be advantageous for me X3
