These chaps are called the Tolvir, A centaur-like feline race who stand slightly taller than than an Orc (about 7 feet ish). Their culture is decidedly based on the ancient egypt.

Hmm, I saw this Prince guy in Beta a few days ago as well. The weird thing is, he seems to appear ata at LEAST 4 different places at the same time.
... Not to mention, His personal "bodyguard" seems to wear a slightly smaller loincloth than the prince has, and a leather harness with a gold ring on it.. :P

Actually their addition isn't new to the Warcraft universe, they were previously seen as Undead Destroyers though the origin of the living counterpart was not in the lore.
