They are closely tied to the very soil of Carnate, a theme among these monstrosities. Its appearance is of a human body tied up in a gunny sack and constrained by leather straps, with deadly steel chains attached at various locations. The Suffering is an action horror game for the PS2. I recently discovered and played through it for our annual Halloween streams. I wanted to portray a realistic version of these creatures and after finding a body-bag Halloween prop, I knew I could make this creature a reality. I hope everyone enjoys it.
