By day the forest can be an enchanted place full of natural wonder and mystery. It offers a green haven away from the noise and chaos of an over-busy life, where you can relax and clear your head among a choir of birdsong. But when the sun sets the forest can suddenly become a dark and forbidden place where once familiar paths twist into a nightmare labyrinth, danger lurks behind every tree and eyes glare with malicious intent from every shadow. To a witch, however, night is when the forest is full of magic. She knows the hidden fairy trails that lead to the moonlit glens where the laughing strangers dance and the wind whispers it's mysteries to those with the wisdom to listen. Earn her favor and she may share some of that arcane knowledge with you, though be forewarned: never in the lore of antiquity has a witch offered a straight answer.
