Biography:
'People often strive to be upbeat even in the darkest of times', is a statement that represents Ducky perfectly! The Times of Great Living may be gone, however, staying down all the time isn't going to make anything better. Ducky is the heart of the team, and often does her best at keeping her friends' spirits up by staying positive and optimistic about most situations. Although she may not be the strongest, fastest, or even the smartest member of the bunch, Ducky's friends consider her to be an invaluable member on the team, even Littlefoot himself believes that without her, the five of them wouldn't have even met in the first place!
While she may not be the leader of the group, it was actually Ducky's idea to start the Treestar Chasers! Seeing how well they handled the dangers of the Mysterious Beyond together, she suggested that they could bring their friendships closer by starting a team together, and so they did! While she never thought that they would return once more into the Mysterious Beyond, she is more than happy to tag along on any adventure together with her brother Spike, ready to explore and learn more about what's out there and maybe even help someone in need!
However, Ducky has doubts about her abilities, and sometimes worries that she may not be able to do enough to help everyone, and some of the things she's seen in the Mysterious Beyond has had her question her outlook of the world, the horror of torn up carcasses that once belonged to families of dinosaurs, the fall of the once proud and stable Misthaven city to disease, and even learning that even some flatteeth can be just as awful monsters as some of the worst sharpteeth, what if someone took advantage of her kindness for cruel means? Is the world truly dead? she refuses to believe so, while still steadfast in her idea that there's still goodness and love in the world, Ducky has learnt to not let her guard down too much, and continues to fight the good fight for the betterment of everyone.
To this day Ducky continues to do her best at making sure everyone in great shape both physically, and emotionally. Doing whatever she can to help others, and believes that if everyone worked together like how the Treestar Chasers do, maybe the Times of Great Living might return! But even if they don't, she will work her hardest helping out those who're down on their luck. Sometimes it's great to have a friend who's there to pick you up after you've had hard time!
Skills:
Ducky is shown to be a highly talented swimmer, and has been practicing doing so at a young age, and is considered one of the best Dinosaurs when it comes to swimming in the entire Great Valley, in fact, she is shown to be highly athletic for her age making her great at skills like rock climbing, gymnastics, and even some acrobatics, allowing her to access areas that would be difficult for most of her friends, her smaller size also makes her great at tasks where Stealth may be key.
Ducky's main gadget is a large hook, and is mainly used as a climbing pick. It also comes attached with a tough cable, and can launch itself onto objects like a grappling hook. allowing her to reel herself up to higher areas, rappel down, create Ziplines to cross canyons, or even used as a tool for tripping and tying Sharpteeth. Like most of the gadgets and tools used by the Chasers, this one was built by Littlefoot as well.
As Ducky's mother is one of the main medical practitioners in the Great Valley, she also has knowledge on how to heal and treat basic injuries, and has thus taken on the role of medic for the Treestar Chasers.

Notes:
I need to clarify something about ducky, while she is still an amazing swimmer, and the best out of all her friends at swimming, her species will not be referred to as "Swimmers" in this series mainly because Hadrosaurs are not known to have been aquatic, or even semi-aquatic. The term "Swimmer" will instead be used to refer specifically to fully aquatic dinosaurs.
I plan to call most Hadrosaurs different names, Ducky's Species, Saurolophus, will be called the "Billmouths" (Bigmouth just sounds weird), Parasaurolophus will be called the "Crest-heads" and I just plan to call most of them "Runners" in general.
I originally didn't want Ducky to wear much underneath her skirt, and will instead hide as many attempts at upskirt shots as possible, in the end, considering, that Ducky is one of the most agile of her friends with a hook gadget used for reaching high areas, I realized that looking up her skirt will be inevitable, and thus gave her some sporty looking shorts to cover up.

I actually have some ideas for a Land After Time game, the first idea is an adventure game, where you have to get the entire team to the level exit, by using each team member's skills and abilities to clear obstacles, maybe with a sharptooth fight every once in a while, in the form of a third person fighter.
another idea is an xcom style game where you defend the great valley from sharptooth raiders, and maybe even take the battle to them using xcom style turn based combat mechanics, occasionally returning to the great valley to expand on the city and upgrade your equipment, you can take maybe 5-7 members per mission and can swap some characters out for others.

Ducky is, and always will be, my favorite character in 'The land Before Time' series. She was the character that helped me create my first User Name online, which was "Yoshi Ducky". She is also, when I got more original with the name Yosh E. O'Ducky, Yosh has swimming talents and, at times, will be the 'big mouth' that Ducky was described as being in the first film.

Being my favorite of the lot, along with a huge inspiration for my creativity early on, I was very happy to see how well you portrayed her in this AU. She is, as most of the characters, more mature while still having that hardcore charisma that helps make for greater comfort to herself and her friends. (I think she and Petrie would be a good pairing as, quite often, she is interacting with and/or comforting him.).
Making Ducky the 'Healer' / 'Medic' in the party is also a great idea. I really like how she comes by these skills from her mom being a doctor, or nurse. This shows that Ducky is not the optimal 'Medic' / 'Healer' you could have in your team, but she does possess special skills that make her less of an easy target for those who know taking down the medic means you are ensuring your prey / enemy do not get away.
The consideration of how someone could get a peek at her panties was wonderful, too. The last thing Ducky should be is a character that players just goof around with to get 'panty shots'. She is cute, innocent, and super lovable and, because of this, she deserves her dignity. Plus, if she became aware of 'Peeping Toms' on her own, or perhaps from Cera sharing a little wisdom about perverts, she would find a way to retain her preferred choice in clothing while being a 'no show' to any gawkers. She may even be able to use the shorts to strap on a small weapon, med kit, or other useful items that just being out in a skirt and undies would not grant her the ability to carry.

Parasaurolophus, when I learned it to be Ducky's Hadrosaur type from reading LBT literature years ago, has been a very fun duckbill type I have used to create other characters. Most notably 'Truent Keyser', who is an ancestor of the Haposaurs, along with little nods to the species throughout some of my original written works.

I agree with her not being a 'Swimmer'. She is good at swimming and, if I recall my Dinosaur Train, better able to hold her breath underwater, but she is no 'Swimming Sharptooth' nor species that spends a majority of its life in the water.

This concept, coupled with the description of the image, make me miss my physical eyesight. Fortunately my imagination really got lost in it and, through you, I got the next best thing to physically seeing the work. *Snugs* Thank you!
