Dusk and Racket's Mother, and by looking at her you'll know how they get their good looks! She's a noblewoman married to Night Tide Measure (Who he carries the Noble's Blood) and gave Birth to both Dusk and Racket...However they didn't want to give up their lifestyle so they set Dusk and Racket in Orphanages when they were born. Only to realize that for Night Tide to inherit much of the family's wealth and assets he will need to have an heir or else they get nothing.
Surprise for when they do find Dusk and Racket to learn they are actually of noble blood, Besides Vesper is more than happy to see her son and daughter again! Though she legitimately cares for her children, She didn't look forward to raising them.
