Experimenting with making these little icons use attacks... Simplest one I could think of for Shinx would be charge and spark, so here it is!

Btw! Not a regular Shinx. It is  Appactic's Ruben. Thought I'd make her something random ^.^

Btw, icon is for her to use if she wants. Anyone else who uses it will be on the receiving end of about a few hundred volts. Not really but I'm sure it won't be pretty anyways. Still, NO STEALING! ^.^
