This lovely image came from the lovely 
Qzarloid
Noelani is the Daughter of Storm and Qzar resulting in a hybrid that I've called a Quetzalquaza!
She may almost look like a normal Rayquaza, but instead of scales her body is covered with soft feathers. Along with towering over her parents being over 50ft tall (Head to Hips) & Over 180ft long (Head to Tail tip)
She's currently learning various arts and fashion to follow in her parents footsteps.
