Powers & Abilities:
Water Wolf has the ability to re-shape his watery body into various shapes to enable easy access through tight spaces, and can disguise himself as ANY liquid. His water body also makes him nearly invincible, and he can transform his hands into various weapons to use against his enemies, such as maces, hammers, and axes.

Bio:
Water Wolf was originally a surfer dude named Walter Wolfenski, who was a five-time surfing champion with a lot of talent. However, he was also kind of a selfish jerk who occasionally liked to pick on those who were much weaker than him. One day, during the Petropolis Annual Surfing Competition, Walter found himself a rival in a new female surfer named Serena Foxy, who was just as talented as him, except she was actually very kind and friendly to everyone (especially to the people that Walter constantly picked on). During the finals, he became really determined to win, even if it meant cheating by use of a tiny motor attached to his surfboard. Upon doing so, however, he ended up crash-landing in a body of water that had been polluted by some radioactive waste that was carelessly set aside by a waste disposal worker who was on vacation at the time. As a result, Walter's body became mutated with the polluted water, and once he was able to discover his ability to control any form of water shortly after, he decided to use his new powers to commit crimes, including trying to flood Petropolis and turning it into his own surfing domain.
Although he prefers to do his evil deeds his OWN way, Water Wolf isn't afraid to offer his criminal powers to bigger baddies if it means more money in it for him. And, General Guar happens to be one of his favorite clients, and he'd be VERY happy to help him take over Petropolis as long as he gets a certain piece of the city for him to turn into his surfing grounds. Guar was SO impressed by his evil endeavors that he asked him to join DOOM permanently. Water Wolf turned down the offer, but he gave it second thoughts after realizing that working for the man who killed Sean Connery Katswell could mean big things in the villain community. So, he and Guar compromised, and agreed that he would be a DOOM liaison who will work for Guar when need be.
This move eventually made him a member of General Guar's answer to Team Katswell, a group of criminals called Team Catz led by Kitty Katswell's cousin, Cassidy Catz. He accompanied her in kicking Team Katswell out of Petropolis, and claiming TUFF as the Cassidy Undercover Fighting Force (or CUFF). He went off to terrorize beach goers at the beach, which caught the attention of Jake Wolfsbane. Upon hearing his name, Water Wolf was shocked to realize that during the surf competition that caused his mutation, Jake was the guy that Serena Foxy ended up dumping him for, and a fight ensued. After soaking him up, and placing him in a giant water bottle, Jake was able to send him to jail, where he was kept in a fish tank-like cell so he wouldn't be able to slip through the bars easily. But, because he ended up going out with Serena, Water Wolf held a grudge against Jake for a long time.

Personality & Traits:
As stated before, Water Wolf was a selfish jerk. He tends to be overly cocky and confident about his abilities, and would brag about being the coolest bad guy in the whole universe. During battle, Water Wolf DEFINATELY shows his arrogant nature by teasing and poking fun of his opponents. Because of the fact that his opponents' attacks tend to go through his watery body, Water Wolf is led to believe that he's invincible, and that no one can hurt him. But, there ARE ways that hinder his so-called "invincibility."
For example, because he's now a being made entirely out of water, Water Wolf now DESPISES cold temperatures. If kept in a freezing environment for too long, or if fragged by a device that could freeze things instantly, he gets frozen solid, leaving him as a big piece of ice. Water Wolf also gets scared of things that could soak up water easily, like sponges or paper towels. But, regardless of those fears, Water Wolf is always a force to reckoned with, and Team Katswell often watches their step when facing him.
Water Wolf also has good relations with his fellow teammates on Team Catz despite being a total jerk (he doesn't like Rocko Payne, though). He has gotten along especially well with Co-Founder Misty Raccoon-Catz, who has taken a bit of a liking to him. Water Wolf discovered that Misty was already married Cassidy's brother, but she told him that she only married him for his money, so he was okay with it. He also has a crush on one of General Guar's Kitty Klones, Aqua Tigress, because she too had the ability to manipulate water, but she constantly rejects his attempts to ask her out. And, even though he remains loyal to General Guar, Water Wolf still prefers to be a lone wolf when it comes to crime. But, whenever Guar requests it, he is always there to help him drown Kitty and her friends indefinitely.
