Indeed she is! And a cutie, too!
I had her since she was a puppy; she and her twin sister Lilo were set up for adoption, since a woman had to meet two of my friends at a parking lot. One of them SCREAMED of excitement, as she skipped to see the two puppies, and brought home both, for my family to adopt!
There was ANOTHER good reason why we had to adopt; the woman was running away from an abusive boyfriend and wanted to bring the puppies somewhere safer, so the puppies NEVER get harmed!
Ever since? They've been absolutely ADORABLE...(mostly) and have entertained us with their silliness, for generations! (Chiweenies are definitely the silliest dog breed that I've ever owned any dogs of, actually!)
