Its a long story :P
In the comics, Cobra Commander has a "Fred" series - basically a collection of upwardly mobile men placed in high offices (think Congress :P)
Youd think that the Commander would be into diversity, but nooooooo....:P
"Fred 7" would have been the -second- Commander, if you remember him in that funky (and clunky) blue and white armor. (and then he got killed off)
