Powers & Abilities:
The Were-Bunny has immense strength, and his claws can slice through metal and concrete. His fangs can also leave a mark in whatever he latches onto (whether its a bank vault door or a victim). However, when he's Harry Hopper, he doesn't have that ferocity. He is, however, quite intelligent in the field of technology and chemistry (which caused the Were-Bunny thing in the first place). Harry also wields two Instant Full Moon Gauntlets that allow him to turn into his Were-Bunny form without having to wait for a full moon to do so.

Bio:
Harry Hopper was an incredibly smart scientific genius of a bunny rabbit who was always picked on as a kid due to his short size and nerdy personality. One night, he decided to work on an experimental potion in his laboratory that would turn him from a short, nerdy rabbit to a handsomely tall rabbit that everyone would love, and he's able to do so by relying on the powers of science and black magic. After completing the potion, he was able to test it on himself by drinking it. However, instead of turning into what he was expecting to be, Harry ended up transforming into a monstrous rabbit with a vicious attitude and herculean strength, also known as a 'Were-Bunny'.
Harry was shocked by this, and wasn't sure how to present himself in public because of his current condition. He soon discovers that he's only able to transform into his monstrous self whenever the moon in sight; He even discovers that just looking at pictures of the moon can actually turn him into a Were-Bunny as well. Instead of trying to find a cure for his condition, Harry decides to keep himself the way he is because of how many advantages there are to being a Were-Bunny, even if it means committing crimes in Petropolis for monetary reasons.
This caught the attention of General Guar, who decided to bring Harry onto DOOM as one of his chief scientists. He even offered him a pair of Instant Full Moon Gauntlets that would allow him to turn into the Were-Bunny anytime he wanted. He also joined Team Catz, and assisted Cassidy Catz in kicking Team Katswell out of Petropolis, and turning it into the Cassidy Undercover Fighting Force. When the team split up to commit their own crimes in Petropolis, Harry decided to terrorize kids in the school district. Elvis went after him, and in his Were-Bunny form, he was able to demonstrate both brains and brawn towards him. So, after taming him, Elvis was able to learn that Harry was actually wanting to handsome and sexy as opposed to being a monster. Enraged that he was outsmarted by a brawny elk, Harry has developed a bitter hatred towards Elvis, and vows to overpower AND outsmart him one day.

Personality & Traits:
When he's in his normal form, Harry is very nerdy and intelligent, making him the brains of Team Catz. He often concocts the plans for their heists, and would make any necessary gadgets for them to use. But, deep down, all he ever wanted was a girlfriend. Because of his short size, Harry always felt a bit insecure, and thought he would never get a girl. But, fellow Team Catz member Yami Squirrel thinks he was kinda cute despite her being a total brute towards other guys. Because of her feelings towards him, Harry has gotten more confident in finding a significant other.
He also tends to get along with the other members of the Team as well. Cassidy thinks that his scientific genius is extremely helpful for their heists, and when he's in his Were-Bunny form, she has a heavy hitter her team can definitely count on because they don't trust Rocko (neither does Harry). But, his teammates also appreciate him as a crook and as an individual, and they always think he's a fun guy once you get to know him. Rocko always picks on him because of his mental disorder, though.
In his Were-Bunny form, Harry is very savage and brutal. Sometimes, he tends to take his savage nature out on his fellow teammates rather than the enemy. But, his intelligence kicks back in, and he can control his Were-Bunny form to attack the enemy. He can also show intelligence in his monstrous form as well, using a well-thought out strategy to defeat his foes, and get what General Guar ordered the team to steal. Speaking of Guar, Harry is grateful to him for appreciating his scientific genius, as well as giving him the ability to switch between his normal form and his Were-Bunny form whenever he wants, but he isn't ENTIRELY loyal to him. He often prefers to do things his OWN way, but when Guar asks him to be a team player, he accepts.
