Most of the White Wolf games eventually have a power level of Ridiculous. D&D also, but usually just by MAGIC with the vague boundaries of saving throws and HD.
In stuff like Demon and Mage (and to some extent Vampire etc), it gets quasi philosophical and starts to stumble around through ideas of altered realities and mind over matter, etc etc.
In Aeonverse stuff, (Adventure, Aberrant, Trinity (Aeon.. they got sued), the powers are, in a "I never went to college" kind of way, based off of quantum mechanics and at the 6th level powers get into things like universe creation, planck scaling (I think that the power specifically lets you um, rescale the range at which sub-atomic particle interactions in terms of quantum field theory breaks down), time travel/control, blah blah blah. You could make a character who is a walking talking LHC.

Good to see he's worked the kinks out of the dragon to badass lawn ornament spell.

I had a wizard who did this once. After he got to 18th level, I decided to throw a solo dragon at him for the hell of it. It mauled the hell out of me. I only managed to defeat it with good on Flesh to Stone on a crit fail. Not entirely fair, but it's cool to carry around the shrunken dragon statue and threaten to dispell it in someone's castle.

Fun stuff.

Wow, this is wicked awesome. From catching the dragon unaware in mid-step to the shocked look on his face as it turns to stone...this creates quite the scene. I love how you render characters petrifying, just lovely!
