It's a wow tattoo. Not that a wow tattoo is bad... but it's not very well done, and it's huge. Thus, facepalm.

Actually it's small ...only about 2.5 across it's way up on my upper arm above the t-shirt line

IT doesn't look well done because my arm is turned it's on my Bicep and when it's relaxed and my arm is down it looks skewed slightly...and it's scabbed over really bad so that ads to the distortion.
