Götheborg is a sailing replica of an 18th century Swedish East Indiaman, a wooden sailing vessel. The original sank off Gothenburg, Sweden on 12 September 1745 while approaching its home harbour after returning from her third voyage to China

I read that the Götheborg was lost when she capsized.
It may or may not be related in the cause, but the Swedish Man-of-War Vasa capsized and sank only 1 mile into it's Maiden Voyage --- it was badly-designed, and excessively top-heavy as a result;

At least everyone got off the original Götheborg; 50 men perished in the loss of the Vasa.
