Man where do I start with this? Well first I want to mention 
Zeo_Fawx and his creation, the robot stork, which served as the inspiration for this animation. Big thanks for giving me the okay to do this, it's a genius idea. There's a comic about it here: https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....5/The-Arrivals (Contains age regression, which is not my thing and not relevant to this animation) I was initially worried about how to even animate this, but I love how it turned out, so hopefully you do too.
EDIT: Zeo made a shorter version of the full GIF. Call it a teaser if you will <3
These animations go way up in file size as you make them longer and more detailed, so GIF isn't always possible and Flash uploads aren't possible anymore. So I used Wick Editor ( https://wickeditor.com/editor/ ) to make it. Wick exports to GIF, MP4, and HTML5. The latter can't be uploaded either (not to my knowledge anyways. Get on it, art sites!) And so the GIF and MP4 are on Dropbox, and the latter has sound in it:

Enough of the boring stuff. Just what IS this thing, anyways?
Only the latest in Tender Care Technology! Everyone knows the law of Toyopolis says you must have a clean diaper at all times, but still naughty pink bunnies try to go without one! Well that's where the Rubber Stork comes into play. Upon spotting a bunny guilty of being un-diapered, the Rubber Stork releases a massive blanket that wraps around the target and ensnares them (a fishing net in a sense) wrapping them in a big, soft, warm bundle that keeps them safe, secure, and imprisoned in comfort. A baby powder gas is released to reduce his fussiness and make him more complacent, and also in the blanket is a big poofy diaper for him to wear so he gets to see how comfy it is, especially with the diaper puffing up bigger to increase comfort. Just look at the little sweetheart, you can see him smiling as he submits to his soft, warm arrest, to be carried off to a crib where he will be cared for tenderly for the afternoon. That's where the real fun starts <3
