Don't worry it was a live action TV show. A Math Teacher gets a super powerd suit from Ailens, but loses the instructions to make it work properly. So the whole series is him figuring out how to make it work while fighting crime.

In screwing up improbably while doing so. Part of the comedy was that several times in the series the suit was shown to be unbelievably powerful, he just had no damn idea how to use it.

I always loved that show, especially the song, couldn't wait to get all three DVD sets when they came out. If it's still intact I even have a VHS tape of Katt's appearance on a now gone but formerly popular talk show (I think it was Sally Jesse Raphael) featuring various actors who'd been super-heroes at one time or another. I was floored to learn he was the son of the woman who played Perry Mason's secretary all those years. They just don't make them like that anymore. *sigh*

Can't get everything sadly, would have loved a full costume (even if I would likely be too embarrassed to wear it in public). I bet any surviving costumes from the actual show go for decent money at auction.

My family bought my father a dvd collection of this show for his birthday. Cant remember the name though, something cheesy.

OMFG!!! I used to watch that show relelntlessly. I was almost upset when Ralph Hinkly got repacment instructions!!! However I was glad to see the show went on a little longer after he lost them too :) Never got tired of the crashing through the wall bit :D
